Working with the SIPsters began in response to a powerful question: How can we, as associations, help Latin American newcomers gain visibility in the Canadian job market and navigate the job-hunting process more effectively? That question led us to Joanne Stone and the SIPsters, who joined us in shaping this important initiative.

Collaborating with them has been a phenomenal experience. They know how to facilitate meaningful conversations, identify challenges, and explore solutions. What makes their approach truly special is their ability to do all of this in a fun, effective, and agile way.
Through multiple phone conversations—exploring the many angles we needed to consider for the initiative—we worked closely with the SIPsters to shape what became known as the SIP-A-THON. This event marked the culmination of the initial phase: an exercise to surface actionable ideas that could boost the visibility of Latin American talent in the Canadian job market.
We are now focused on bringing those ideas to life.
I truly enjoyed working with the SIPsters. I admire their work, respect their experience, and was deeply impressed by the methodologies they use to drive real results. I would love to collaborate with them again in future phases of what this Latin Collective is building to support Latin American newcomers.
